An apartment located in the heart of l'Eixample in Barcelona, which over the years has suffered deterioration and additions that blurred its original elements.

The proposal rediscovers the place, removes the additions, revalues its essence, and responds to the client's needs to transform the housing into two new units. Striving to seek light, a clear and minimalist distribution is proposed.

The revaluation of heritage elements is a priority, and the construction process adapts to it. The discovery of two original columns hidden among partitions marks a change in the proposal, aiming to generate a dialogue between the new and the existing.
